Requests for changes and technical support for commercial and research users

Request changes

Depending on the type of licence you hold you can request support and changes as follow:

Standard commercial customers

Standard customers must contact their licensor to request a change. If ECMWF is your licensor please use our Support Portal (see below).  A fee may applied for changing the data.

Maximum charge customers

Maximum charge customers can request a change to their dissemination data via the Product Requirement Editor (PREd)
